EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

• 1.8 to 3 Years of Experience in Automotive New product development.
• Product – market analysis (car applications)
• Design definition, standards, drawings check
• Prototype launch + follow up
• Type approval requirements (calculations)
• Organization / coordination
• Reverse engineering, based on scanned data.
• Benchmarking studies.
• Good Knowledge of GD& T and detailing standards.
• Knowledge in NX or any CAD tools (3D Part, Surface, Assembly, Surface and Detailing)
• Manufacturing knowledge associated to sheet metal, Weldments, Plastics, castings, toolings & Machining
• Good in reading & interpreting complex Manufacturing / Assembly drawings.

SKILL / TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• New product development, Benchmarking, VAVE, DFMEA, Type approval

Must require skills
